Our company was in the crucial start-up phase: a long-term vision had been formulated, but there was no concrete plan to translate this into operational steps. Without clear priorities or measurable goals, the crucial roll-out phase was in danger of descending into chaos. Today, we have a clear annual vision and clearly defined OKR sets that serve as a roadmap for the coming months. The team is focusing on prioritised tasks, can systematically measure progress, and is moving forward with renewed confidence.
