About me

I grew up near Münster and learnt to take responsibility at an early age. Even as a teenager, I held various jobs, which taught me to take the initiative and be independent.

After completing my training as an industrial mechanic, I was looking for new challenges, so I set up an events company and discovered my passion for organisation and leadership. At the same time, I completed my vocational A-levels and studied industrial engineering. During my work placement semester in England, I took on responsibility for large projects and learnt to work in an international environment.

I began my professional career at FERCHAU, where I not only discovered sales, but was also shaped by a mentor in values-based leadership. As Branch Manager in Osnabrück, I focused on trust, personal responsibility and pursuing common goals – which led to impressive growth. Over time, I realised that this could also help other companies and that they would be happy to accept my support.

And so I set off.

I decided to pursue an MBA, which opened up new perspectives for me and sharpened my vision of modern leadership. Through my master’s thesis on the agile strategy framework OKR, I recognised the potential of agile methods and the value of a leadership culture based on trust and mutual respect.

Following a period of reflection and further training – including training to become an Agile Coach – I realised that I wanted to share my values and experiences. This is how AGILE AUGENHÖHE® came into being – my brand that supports companies in putting agile strategies, modern leadership and sales on an equal footing into practice.

Today, I support companies as a trusted advisor & leadership expert.

As such, I know how genuine sustainable solutions and effective change work. I work on an equal footing, create new perspectives and foster self-efficacy– because I know that such a culture enables companies and people to grow.
