About me

I grew up near Münster and learned to take on responsibility early on. Even as a teenager, I worked various jobs, which taught me initiative and independence.

After my training as a Industrial mechanic was I looking for new Challenges, founded a Event company and discovered my passion for Organization and Leadership. At the same time, I got my Vocational baccalaureate after and studied Industrial Engineering. During my Practical semesters in England I took over Responsibility in large Projects and learned to, in a international environment to work. 

I began my professional career at FERCHAU, where I not only the Sales discovered, but also by a Mentor in value-based leadership was coined. As Branch Manager in Osnabrück set myself on Trust, Personal responsibility and joint goal pursuit which led to impressive growth. Over time, I realized that this also helping other businesses could and would gladly accept my support.

So I set off on my way.

I decided to pursue an MBA, which opened new perspectives for me and sharpened my vision of modern leadership. Through my master's thesis on the agile strategy framework OKR, I recognized the potential of agile methods and the value of a leadership culture based on trust and equality.

After a period of reflection and further training – including a certification as an Agile Coach – I realized I wanted to share my values and experiences. This led to the creation of AGILE AUGENHÖHE®, my brand, which supports companies in living agile strategies, modern leadership, and sales on an equal footing.

Today I accompany Company as Trusted Advisor And Leadership Expert.

As such, I know how real Sustainable solutions and impactful changes to function. I am working on Eye level, create Change of perspective and ensure Self-efficacy– because I know that such a Corporate culture and Humans grow leaves.
