Four Days in Cologne.
Four Days of LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY®.
And above all: four days during which it became even clearer to me,
just how much power there is in making things visible.
I completed training in the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® method.
Not just to “build with bricks.”
But to learn another way
for people to make complex topics tangible together.
What really impresses me about it is:
- Everyone is building.
- Everyone gets a chance to speak.
- No one remains a mere spectator.
And suddenly there's something on the table that was previously only vague:
Not on slides.
But visible and open to discussion.
Not on slides.
But visible and discussable.
I have completed the training to become a LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® facilitator.
For me, this is a valuable addition to my work in the areas of strategy, leadership, and OKRs.
I'm curious to see what comes of this in the upcoming workshops. 😊
